30% by T/T in advance as the deposit, the balance to be paid before shipment.
The house is produced in modularity, it's easy to install, installation video and guide manuals will be sent to you together with the goods,
For big projects we can provide installation services, installation charge standard: 150 USD / Day, The travel fees maybe could be free, but customers need arrange accommodation and dinner, and the customer must ensure staff's health and safety.

We supply over 50000 square meters of prefabricated house monthly.
We can help purchase some appliances if needed such as air conditioning, refrigerator, dishwasher, ocen etc. packed inside container ship together with container house.
