The air conditioning system is equipped with a 3P duct air conditioner, the air duct is connected to the indoor circulating air duct. Through the main control system, the temperature can be maintained at 24-26ºC during the day and 16-18ºC at night to simulate the temperature difference in nature, which is conducive to the healthy growth of crops.

Air circulation system
The air circulation system includes an air intake fan, an air outlet fan, a top circulation fan and a breeze system. The air circulation system can combine the indoor and outdoor temperature, humidity and carbon dioxide data to intelligently adjust the indoor climate and carbon dioxide, thereby saving energy consumption. The breeze system can simulate the breeze of nature, promote the healthy growth of crops, and facilitate the circulation of indoor air.


Self-developed
Nutrient solution ratio is a special system for NFT hydroponic planting, with 4 fertilizer suction channels, precise control of peristaltic pump fertilizer suction, and each fertilizer suction channel is equipped with a 10L fertilizer bucket.
Precise ratio
The automated fertilizer ratio system combined with Xiangtian Agriculture's many years of crop planting and management experience has bred a special plant factory water and fertilizer ratio system. Combined with EC/PH sensors, the fertilizer ratio accuracy can reach milliliter level.
Easy to use
The fertilizer ratio system is simple and easy to use. Users only need to enter a set value, and the system will perform precise calculations to achieve accurate fertilization effects.


Water circulation system
Water circulation system: There are two 10M long water tanks under the growth rack, with a total water storage capacity of 2600KG. There is a circulating water pump in the water tank, and you can choose to install pipeline UV disinfection lamps, oxygenation devices and other equipment.

Planting system
The planting tray adopts the planting method of planting tray + floating board. There are 10 layers of planting trays in the growth room. Each layer has an independent water supply switch and drainage pipe. Each tray is 1600mm760mm. All trays can plant up to 5,800 lettuces at the same time. The planting rack adopts a patented column-free design, which has the advantages of simple structure, stability, and strong customization and scalability.

Lighting system
Simulate natural light
LED plant growth lights are arranged above each layer of planting trays. The switch of each layer of growth lights can be controlled independently, and manual control and automatic control can be switched freely. The main control system can automatically control the LED light opening time to simulate sunrise and sunset.
