A: We are a manufacturer, Our factory established since Year 2003,  we specialized in HVLS Industrial Ceiling Fans, Exhaust Fan for both industry and animal husbandry , cooling pad and so on. 
Q2: What is GREE brand? What's your relationship with GREE? 
A: Gree is short writing of GREE Electric Appliances Inc of Zhuhai, which was Founded in 1994, listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange in November 1996, Global Top 500 enterprise and the best air conditioner producer in China,  also produce high qualtity motor for use in fans, washing machine and new energy vehicles.  
We are their sole agency for this EC motor.

Q4:  How do you do after-sale service?
A:  We will send you free spare parts to replace under warranty. 
Q5: what's the delivery time?
A:  It depends on the order quantity. Normally delivery time will be within 7 days after receiving payment by TT.
Q6: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment≤5000USD, 100% in advance. Payment≥5000USD, 30% T/T in advance , balance before shipment.
Q7:  How long is the warranty?
A:  GREE EC motor with 5 years warranty,  other parts with 2 years warranty.
