3. The application of active heat storage and release technology expands the application range of solar greenhouse. Conventional solar greenhouses can be located within the range of latitude 42N without heating device, the application of this technology can expand the range at least 5-8°;
The technology can further simplify the greenhouse structure and increase the utilization rate of soil by 30%.
4. The technology improves the temperature environment control level of solar greenhouse. According to the planting situation in the greenhouse, the heat can be released, which can obviously improve the low temperature of the solar greenhouse in the early morning.

The whole skeleton adopts hot-dip galvanized profile and all the assembled parts are factory made. It realizes the design standardization, on-site assembly, quality refinement, management informationization, usage automation, patent industrialization, etc. The overall structure is stable, with strong rust and corrosion resistance ability, and the durability of the structure is not less than 50 years
3 layers of Aluminum Foil Airtight Cavity Insulation Wall
It is applied with the organic combination of multi-layer covering structure and light steel structure, the thickness of the hollow layer is about 50cm, compared with the insulation structure of single-layer wall, it can increase the greenhouse inside temperature by about 15ºC.
Active Heat Storage and Release System
The sixth generation of active heat storage and release system is adopted. In the daytime, the solar radiation energy is continuously absorbed and accumulated to the wall surface by circulating fluid medium, and the heat is released through the fluid circulation at night, changing from passive to active, which improves the heat storage efficiency and significantly increases the winter night temperature of solar greenhouse. Combined with ground heating heat storage system, internal insulation system, multi-layer aluminum foil reflective insulation and other technologies, to achieve a breakthrough in greenhouse energy storage technology, can be at -25ºC, which realizes zero-energy consumption for overwintering in alpine-cold area
